Computer Engineering Student & Werkstudent at RWE
I'm a B.Sc. Computer Engineering student at the University of Duisburg-Essen, specializing in Software Engineering, and currently working as an IT Project & Portfolio Management Werkstudent in the PMO at RWE, where I build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards to support portfolio governance and data-driven decision making.
Beyond my coursework and work at RWE, I'm deeply fascinated by quantum computing. I'm currently writing my Bachelor's thesis on Symmetry-Aware Quantum Kernels — a project at the intersection of quantum computing and machine learning that explores how exploiting symmetries in data can make quantum kernel methods more expressive and efficient. I believe quantum is the next frontier of computing, and I want to be part of building it.
Proud recipient of the Deutschland Stipendium, I bring strong problem-solving skills and creativity to every project. I'm always looking forward to learning new skills and navigating through this competitive field.
Working in the PMO (Project Management Office) supporting portfolio & project management across IT initiatives. Managing and enhancing the in-house PPM Power Suite built on Microsoft Power Apps, and creating new automated business workflows with Power Automate. Building Power BI dashboards and performing data analysis to give leadership real-time visibility into project health, resources and KPIs. Leveraging AI to streamline reporting and decision-making.
Organizing workshops for ISE students to enhance their technical abilities and address academic concerns. Improving the technical capabilities of the department for a better learning experience.
Coded in various high-level programming languages and cooperated with colleagues on diverse projects during the Studienkolleg preparatory program.
Currently in the 5th semester with 134 credits completed. Coursework spans C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, algorithms, operating systems, networks & security, modelling and signal processing. Active as Technical Team Member in the Fachschaftsrat ISE.
Top grades in core subjects (German scale: 1.0 = excellent)
Completed the preparatory program for international students pursuing engineering degrees in Germany. Abschlusszeugnis received.
Studied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, and English under CBSE and ICSE boards.
I'm currently writing my Bachelor's thesis on symmetry-aware quantum kernels — a topic at the intersection of quantum computing and machine learning. The goal is to exploit the natural symmetries in data so quantum kernel methods become more expressive, data-efficient and better suited to real-world problems.
